Axcess 70 Park
Description:
Design of an industrial park consisting of three building totaling 1 million square feet with associated parking, loading areas, entrances, and detention on approximately 120 acres.
Notable Characteristics:
The Axcess 70 site consisted of an assemblage of several different parcels. The property contained wetlands and a portion lied within the floodplain. Roger Ward Engineering modified the original site plan to address both the wetlands and floodplain as discovered in the due diligence phase and maximized the allowable building and loading areas. Also in the due diligence phase, Roger Ward Engineering addressed and ultimately coordinated a re-alignment of a legal drain adjacent to the property, saving the Client costs and developable area. Finally, Roger Ward Engineering worked with the local jurisdiction with the coordination of compensatory storage as well as the widening of CR 300 North.
