Description:
Design of a 20,000 SF building with associated parking and entrances on a 3.5 acre site.
Notable Characteristics:
Since the selected site was the last remaining out lot within the development it presented limited options for drainage discharge. RWE took a creative approach by designing a drainage system that both reduced the amount of storm piping while addressing water quality.
