Description: Blockbuster Video has added their presence to a busy shopping district off of US 31 in Franklin. This high traffic area is the perfect location for their video chain. SPM Real Estate provided Blockbuster with a 5,000 s.f. build-to-suit facility and completed a 5,200 s.f. building for additional tenant lease space. Our responsibilities included parking layout, utility mains and service connections, as well as on-site grading and drainage.
