Description: Batesville, Indiana is located southeast of Indianapolis along I-74. The community had a need for a new apartment complex and 64-units have been built to fill that need. The multi-family property is located on 4.5-acres along SR 229. Our responsibilities included designing the parking layout, utility mains and service connections, as well as the on-site grading and drainage.
