Description: Carmel, Indiana has been experiencing a residential boom for the last decade. The 109-lot subdivision known as Guilford Park is one of the latest additions to this growing city. This single-family subdivision was designed under the City of Carmel's new Open Space Ordinance. In addition, we designed off-site sanitary sewer main and coordinated entrance improvements with the City of Carmel's road project to widen 116th Street. You can find this project under construction at 116th Street and Guilford Avenue in Hamilton County.
